The MasterMind Advisory Board is a newly formed resource for established and newer enterprises as well as non-profit organizations that seek the support of an experienced advisory board tailored to the unique needs of their operation. The MasterMind Advisory Board, comprised of experienced business people that have built, grown, led and advised a diverse group of companies, will help analyze and address issues facing its business clients.

Marla Glabe, a founder of Mastermind Advisory Board LLC and partner with Management Control International Inc., noted “Our founders regularly meet to advise each other on their own business opportunities and challenges and saw the need for a more formalized approach to help entrepreneurs and CEOs define and achieve their business aspirations.”

The Advisory Board Team Members for each assignment are matched to meet the specific needs of the business operation to achieve optimal success, and will include members from the Executive Team and Affiliate Members. The Advisory Board meets regularly with the CEO to provide direct input to the client’s business plans and operation, and the pre-determined fees are based on the number of advisors and anticipated time commitment to the company.
