Ryerson Woods hosted performers from the Academy of the Music Institute of Chicago Sunday afternoon for the first in a series of concerts titled “Nature in the Classics.”

The performance included nature-themed chamber and solo pieces from the classical repertoire, according to Ryerson’s website.

The second concert in the series is scheduled to take place from 1-2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 at Ryerson, 21850 N. Riverwoods Road. The third concert is March 18.

The performances are free of charge.
