Asset manager purchases Deerfield home

DEERFIELD — Jason T. Borucki and Kristen Borucki purchased a home Sept. 18 at 1224 Greenwood Ave. in Deerfield from Franklin James Kulhanek and Jayne Dixon Kulhanek. The 58-year-old, five-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,900-square-foot home sold for $472,250.
Jason Borucki is an associate director at UBS Global Asset Management. He studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
