Photographer sells 53-year-old Deerfield home

DEERFIELD — David B. Sutton and Lynntia Sutton sold a home Sept. 28 at 1317 Knollwood Road in Deerfield to Steven B. Schneider and Dori A. Schneider. The 53-year-old, three-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,004-square-foot home sold for $443,000.
David Sutton is a professional photographer and the president of Sutton Studios. He attended the University of California Los Angeles.
