Boys Basketball: Sacks leads all scorers in Deerfield’s loss to LF

Senior Alex Sacks scored a game-high 16 points but it wasn’t enough as Deerfield fell to host Lake Forest 56-46 on Tuesday night.
The Warriors (9-12) received nine points each from Mack Watts and Alexander Glantz, while Tony Shapiro helped out with six points and a team-best six rebounds.
Michael Alfieri also had six points to go along with five rebounds for Deerfield.
Lake Forest senior Thomas Durrett, who has been sidelined with a concussion, started and scored nine points.
Durrett, who played 17 minutes, made two three-pointers for the Scouts who improved to 13-9.
John Hayes scored a team-high 13 points for LF, while freshman Evan Boudreaux finished with 11 points and nine six rebounds.
